As a Technical Product Manager, AI Enablement, you will own the product direction and execution for the platforms and capabilities that enable AI adoption across the company. You will operate as a force multiplier for Product, Engineering, Research, and Business teams by defining clear product strategy, prioritizing the highest-leverage opportunities, and ensuring AI solutions deliver measurable impact. This role focuses on internal platforms, workflows, and enablement patterns that make AI easy, safe, and scalable to use—rather than owning end-user product features. You will translate ambiguous needs into actionable roadmaps, partner deeply with AI Enablement Engineering, and help move successful AI experiments into reusable, production-grade capabilities. Your work will directly shape how teams build, ship, and operate with Generative AI and LLMs, accelerating delivery, improving quality, and maximizing the return on AI investments. Primary Job Responsibilities:Own the product vision and roadmap for AI Enablement platforms, including managed model and tool access, shared context layers, agent frameworks, and enterprise AI workflows Act as a force multiplier for internal teams by identifying where AI can meaningfully reduce friction, increase speed, or unlock new capabilities Partner closely with AI Enablement Engineering to define requirements, priorities, and milestones, ensuring fast and reliable delivery Lead discovery efforts to understand developer, product, and business workflows, translating pain points into high-impact product initiatives Drive alignment across Engineering, Product, Data Science, Security, Legal, and other stakeholders to balance innovation, safety, and scale Ensure successful experiments and prototypes are operationalized into reusable, production-grade capabilities Define standards, patterns, and “golden paths” for AI usage that promote consistency, trust, and ease of adoption Establish clear success metrics tied to adoption, productivity gains, and business outcomes Communicate roadmap, tradeoffs, and progress clearly to executive, technical, and non-technical audiences Champion responsible, secure, and scalable AI usage across the organization Support the vision and values of the company through role modeling and encouraging desired behaviors Participate in various company initiatives and projects as requested Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience 3+ years of product management experience, preferably focused on technical platforms, developer tools, or internal products Strong technical acumen with experience working closely with engineering teams on complex systems Familiarity with AI/ML systems, including Generative AI and LLM-based workflows Proven ability to operate in ambiguous problem spaces and translate them into clear product direction Experience prioritizing across competing initiatives using data, user input, and business context Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the futureBenefits + Compensation at PitchBook:Physical HealthComprehensive health benefitsAdditional medical wellness incentives STD, LTD, AD&D, and life insuranceEmotional Health Paid sabbatical program after four yearsPaid family and paternity leave Annual educational stipendAbility to apply for tuition reimbursementCFA exam stipend Robust training programs on industry and soft skills Employee assistance programGenerous allotment of vacation days, sick days, and volunteer daysSocial Health Matching gifts programEmployee resource groupsSubsidized emergency childcareDependent Care FSACompany-wide eventsEmployee referral bonus programQuarterly team building eventsFinancial Health 401k matchShared ownership employee stock program Monthly transportation stipend*Please be aware the above PitchBook benefit and perk offerings are subject to corresponding plan and policy documents and may change during the course of your employment.CompensationAnnual base salary: $140,000-$175,000Target annual bonus percentage: 10%Working Conditions:At the heart of our company is a belief in the power of in-person collaboration.
