Route Support Specialist

Route Support Specialist: Kitchen Fresh Foods is a Green Bay, WI based company that produces and distributes freshly made sandwiches, fruits, and other food products across the Midwest. We are looking for a responsible and dedicated “Route Support Specialist" to support our DSD Team and will be based out of Green Bay, WI working Monday-Friday 5am-2pm. We would like this person to be part of our successful and professional team in our growing company, with opportunities for advancement. Job requirements: Assist RSR’s with route sales & delivery to our business partners Fill in for RSR’s when needed The Route Support Specialists’ invoice, order (using handheld computers), delivers, merchandise, and promotes Kitchen Fresh Foods products Markets new products and service customers to increase sales and shelf space within existing accounts Merchandises products to maximize sales and minimize returns Utilizes point of sales materials to display and market the Kitchen Fresh brand Ability to lift 35 pounds repetitively Ability to climb up and down steps repetitively Excellent driving record Strong math skills Proficient in email and texting Strong time management and organizational skills Energetic & highly motivated Transportation to work site required High School diploma required Accommodating to last minute schedule changes Benefits: Available 1st of month after 60 days 401(k) with company match Paid time off Dental insurance Disability insurance Employee assistance program Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Vision insurance Paid holidays Experience: Sales & Delivery: 2 years+ (Preferred) Customer Service: 2 years+ (Preferred) License/Certification: Driver's License (Required) Pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screen Obtain a FED MED Card Schedule: Monday to Friday Estimated 40 hours per week Occasional Travel & Overnight Stays Willingness to travel: (Required) Work Location: Southeastern WI Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $22.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee assistance program Flexible spending account Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Vision insurance License/Certification: Driver's License (Required) Willingness to travel: 25% (Preferred) Work Location: On the road
