We are looking for a Reliability Test Engineer to support hands-on execution of reliability and environmental testing for hardware systems in a lab environment. In this role, you will set up and operate test equipment, document results, and collaborate with engineers to identify issues and improve product performance, ensuring accurate testing and adherence to safety and quality standards.RequirementsAssociate degree or trade school certification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical fieldMinimum 2 years of hands-on experience working in a reliability and/or manufacturing test environmentStrong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly present complex technical informationPreferred Skills And ExperienceWorking knowledge of computer and networking hardware setup and troubleshootingProficiency with basic power tools for hardware assembly and disassemblyCompetency in documentation using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPointFamiliarity with electronics, PCBs, discrete components, and mechanical enclosures (plastic, sheet metal, etc.)Organizational skills for managing inventory of test units, tools and consumablesAbility to execute detailed reliability test plans and validation proceduresExperience analyzing test data, identifying issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement solutionsClose collaboration with reliability and lab engineers to share findings and propose improvementsHands-on experience with environmental test equipment (thermal chambers, shock, and vibration systems)Exposure to TH, HALT, HASS, and HAST testing methodologiesAccurate and thorough documentation of test procedures, results, and observations in line with Microsoft protocolsCommitment to safety protocols during testing and equipment handlingAdditional RequirementsOnsite presence required in a lab environment, Monday through Friday during standard business hoursMust be able to lift, move, and set up test equipment and test samples as neededBenefitsHealth InsurancePaid Time Off401(k)Pay Range$90K/yr - $110K/yr (DOE)
