Regional Sales Manager – Wisconsin Territory 📍 Remote (Must Be Local to Wisconsin) | Green Bay or Milwaukee Area Preferred | Direct Hire | $81,000 – $107,000 BaseAbout the OpportunityA global, family-owned manufacturer of industrial coating products is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to take ownership of a booming, high-performing Wisconsin territory and upper Michigan peninsula. This is a retirement backfill — the territory has already been built and is performing well — so the right person comes in with a strong foundation and the opportunity to grow it further.This is a remote, work-from-home role with regular field travel within the territory. The company has been in business for over 80 years, operates globally, and has built a strong reputation for product quality and technical expertise. They are specifically looking for someone with a long-term mindset who wants to plant roots in a territory and own it for years to come.This role is for someone already living in Wisconsin — Green Bay or Milwaukee area strongly preferred. Candidates outside of Wisconsin will not be considered.What You'll Be DoingManaging and growing a portfolio of existing customer accounts — approximately 60% of the roleHunting and developing new business within the Wisconsin and upper Michigan territory — approximately 40%Calling on C-Suite, Plant Managers, Engineering Managers, purchasing, estimators, and engineersTraveling within the territory with overnight stays approximately every other weekProviding technical service and product training to customers and their applicatorsLogging all customer interactions in CRM and managing monthly goals, budgets, and forecastingEntering data into SAPWhat We're Looking ForMinimum 3 years of outside B2B sales experience in a manufacturing environmentCoatings industry experience strongly preferred — powder coatings, liquid paint, chemical pretreat, or equipment sales to powder coatersComfortable calling on all levels including C-Suite and Plant/Engineering ManagementSelf-managing and comfortable working remotely and on the roadLong-term mindset — this company values tenure and relationship building over transactional sellingValid driver's license and ability to travel overnight within the territoryMust be local to Wisconsin — Green Bay or Milwaukee area strongly preferredNice to HaveSAP experienceStrong working knowledge of powder coatings or related industrial finishing productsCollege degree preferredCompensation PackageThis role does not include commission — compensation is base salary plus a structured bonus program.
