This full-time, flexible position offers the opportunity to work closely with merchants, ensuring their successful activation and continued support on our platform.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end onboarding process for regional grocery merchants.Maintain strong relationships with Local Express and ensure seamless integration.Conduct weekly calls with Local Express representatives to address outstanding tasks and blockers.Collaborate with the Catalog team to resolve any issues with merchant data.Requirements1-2 years of experience in project management or customer success with a client-facing role.Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational and communication skills.PreferencesExperience with Salesforce is a plus.Ability to handle end-to-end onboarding, project management, and account management.If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a knack for organization and communication, we want to hear from you!
