HR & Administrative Coordinator Surfside Laundry is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented HR & Administrative Coordinator to support our Alabama operations. This role provides on-site HR support, administrative coordination, and customer service assistance across multiple plant locations.The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-driven environment while supporting both employees and leadership.Key Responsibilities Human Resources SupportAssist with recruiting, onboarding, and new hire orientationMaintain employee records and ensure accurate documentationSupport attendance tracking, disciplinary documentation, and complianceAct as a point of contact for employee questions and concernsCoordinate with leadership on HR-related matters across locationsAdministrative DutiesProvide general administrative support to plant leadershipMaintain files, reports, and internal documentationAssist with scheduling, communication, and operational coordinationEnsure accurate data entry and recordkeepingCustomer Service SupportAssist with customer communication and issue resolutionSupport account coordination and service follow-upsMaintain a professional and responsive experience for clientsQualifications 2+ years of experience in HR, administrative support, or related roleStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to handle confidential information with professionalismComfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-location environmentProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plusWork Environment Primarily based in Alabama with regular interaction across multiple facilitiesCombination of office and plant-floor exposureHands-on, team-oriented environment supporting daily operationsWhat We're Looking For Reliable and self-motivatedProfessional and approachable with employees and customersAble to manage multiple priorities and adapt quicklyStrong attention to detail and follow-throughBenefits Competitive pay based on experienceHealth, dental, and vision benefitsPaid time offOpportunity to grow with a stable and expanding company
