Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Lead

Job Summary:Seeking an experienced Manufacturing & Production Lead to oversee day-to-day operations in a GMP-compliant pharmaceutical facility specializing in oral solutions, suspensions, emulsions, nasal sprays, and topical formulations. Ideal candidate has prior CDMO experience and strong leadership in regulated environments.Key Responsibilities:Lead daily manufacturing operations and production teamsEnsure compliance with cGMP, FDA, and SOP standardsSupervise batch execution, equipment prep, and documentationSupport tech transfer, scale-up, and process improvementCollaborate with QA, QC, R&D, and engineering teamsManage deviations, CAPAs, and audit readinessRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related field5+ years in pharmaceutical manufacturing; CDMO experience preferredHands-on experience with liquids/semi-solid dosage formsStrong knowledge of GMP documentation and complianceExcellent communication and leadership skills
