Behind every successful implementation is a strong technical foundation, clean data, reliable integrations, and a team that knows how to make complex systems work seamlessly together.We are collaborative, hands-on, and focused on continuous improvement.The RoleWe are looking for a Technical Implementation Consultant who can take ownership of the technical side of client implementations, with a strong focus on data integration, system connectivity, and data reliability.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of data, APIs, and customer-facing delivery. You will partner closely with client technical teams to ensure data flows correctly into IN-Gauge and supports real-time insights from day one.What You’ll DoData Integration & Pipeline DevelopmentDesign and configure data pipelines from systems such as PMS, POS, and other enterprise platformsExecute data extraction using ETL/ELT methodologiesWork with data warehouses and storage solutions (S3, Redshift, Snowflake, etc.)Normalize and map client data into standardized schemasSupport both batch and real-time data processing where neededAPI & System ConnectivityIntegrate client systems via REST APIs, webhooks, and file-based transfersConfigure authentication (OAuth, API keys, tokens)Troubleshoot data discrepancies, pipeline issues, and connectivity challengesDocument integration workflows and technical configurationsClient-Facing Technical DeliveryAct as the primary technical contact during implementationLead technical discovery sessions to understand client systems and data environmentsCollaborate with client IT teams to establish secure, reliable integrationsProvide guidance and training on data flows and troubleshootingQuality Assurance & HandoffValidate data accuracy, completeness, and performanceMonitor early-stage data quality and pipeline reliabilityDocument configurations, known issues, and operational considerationsEnsure a smooth transition to Customer Success and Support teamsWhat Success Looks LikeData pipelines are reliable, accurate, and stable from go-liveIntegrations are completed on time with clear documentationClients understand their data and trust its accuracyMinimal post-implementation technical issues or escalationsWho You AreYou are a technically strong implementation professional who understands how data moves between systems.
