Pay: $45k-$50k/yr, plus commission ($10k-$30k)

Requirements:
Property & Casualty licensed as well as Life & Health licensed.
If you do not have these licenses, we can show you how to get them.
Basic computer literacy, nothing crazy just general understanding of Windows and Office.
Must be 18 years or older and able to work full time in office.
Responsibilities:
Our goal is to enrich the lives of our clients by adding confidence to their plan. We do that by solving the insurance puzzle for people. Talk with them, find out what their needs are, what their affordability is, and tailor a plan with policies to cover their risks within their budget. Our job is to help people understand their policies and what risks they have. It’s up to them to decide what to do about it. We ensure that whatever decisions they make, they are informed and confident in their plan.

About us:
We are a small local State Farm office serving Oregon, Washington, and Idaho. We have a team of 6-8 people who work well together to accomplish goals for the Agency. Working hours are 8:30-5:30 with a 1-hour lunch. We are closed (with pay) on all major federal holidays. Ashley has owned and operated this office since 2017 and we serve over a thousand families in the northwest.
