Whether you're just starting out or bringing years of experience, if you're hardworking and eager to learn, we want you on our team.What You'll DoWork on Service Order updates and scheduling/completion of orders through the shopPresent and maintain knowledge of all aspects and options available within our ERP and apply it accordingly to each entryAdjust and follow through on customer inquiries regarding service ordersIdentify and escalate risks related to parts, capacity, or scheduling conflictsMaintain accurate documentation from job initiation through completionPartner with purchasing, sales, and shop leadership to synchronize prioritiesMaintain a safe and clean work environment, complying with company and industry safety regulations.What You'll NeedAssociate Degree or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or High School Diploma with two (2) years related experience.Basic computer proficiency required, including Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation, data entry, and inspection reporting.Understanding of machining, assembly, or repair sequencing is a plusDetail-oriented, safety-conscious, dependable, and able to follow written and verbal instructions.Ability to manage multiple jobs and shifting prioritiesAbility to work effectively as part of a team in a repair shop environment.Why Join OTC Industrial Technologies?Comprehensive Benefits:Our benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision care coverage, short-and long-term disability coverage, and life insurance.
