*Skills & Abilities* * *Quality management in steel fabrication.* * *AWS Certified Weld Inspector (CWI).* * Strong Utility steel industry experience * Knowledge of the American Welding Society AWS D1.1 Structural Welding Code – Steel * Strong analytical skills * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Strong organizational skills and problem-solving ability * Ability to work with and lead others effectively as well as working independently on specific projects * Strong general office tools skills, i.e. MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel and EPICOR preferred * Sensitivity to the nuances of cultural differences and the ability to help others with those differences. * Ability to plan, organize, and co-ordinate resources to ensure projects are completed in an efficient manner * Ability to effectively manage and prioritize competing priorities *Education*: Bachelor’s Degree preferred, and a minimum of 4 years of successful quality management IND002 Pay: $60,414.03 - $80,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Health insurance Experience: * Quality control: 7 years (Required) * Quality management: 7 years (Required) * Metal fabrication: 4 years (Required) License/Certification: * Certified Welding Inspector (Required) Work Location: In person
