Retail Sales Associate

Cascade Cottons has the largest selection of Bend apparel and gifts in Central Oregon. We are a friendly and outgoing locally owned business in the heart of downtown Bend. Our team loves helping our community and its visitors find the perfect Bend apparel and gifts. We are currently hiring a sales associate. Weekly hours flexible (approximately 18-30 hrs/week) Pay is based on experience. Some weekend availability is required. Job Description: Customer Service: Offer outstanding customer service to everyone who walks in the door. Utilize our POS system to assist customers with questions and purchasing. Assist customers with finding the perfect item. Offer fashion advice and suggestions when the customer asks. Lead the team in the absence of the manager. Merchandising: Maintain a clean and organized store. Keeping items folded and hung neatly. Assist management in floor sets and merchandising new items. Replenishment: Keep the sales floor stocked with sizes and colors of all items.
