Key Account Manager

INTEGRIS Group is currently seeking a motivated and outgoing KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER to manage a large Peoria company in order to assist in their growth efforts. INTEGRIS is an established product development company owned and operatied in Central Illinois, focusing on the mechatronics disciplines of Mechanical, Electrical, Software, Simulation and Design Engineering along with 3D printing, prototyping and custom manufacturing. INTEGRIS is involved in a variety of industries; Agriculture, Transportation, Aerospace, Heavy Equipment, Energy and more. The ideal candidate will be outgoing in nature, with a strong desire to build relationships. This individual will have a passion for new product development and creating new opportunities. Further, a candidate possessing first hand experience with Peoria based companies and network is desirable. RESPONSIBILITIES Familiar with & able to utilize various sales methods Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness Evaluate customers’ needs and build productive long lasting relationship Research accounts, generate and follow through with sales leads Report and provide feedback to management using statistical data Maintain and expand client database REQUIREMENTS Proven sales experience Experience with construction, mining and other mobile equipment industries Experience working with CRM systems Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management Computer use competency Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and driven BA/BS degree or equivalent Why Become an INTEGRIST?
