3PL Inventory and Receiving Supervisor
Robo3PL is a fast growing fulfillment company with a fun & positive work environment. We are seeking a full-time Inventory and Receiving Supervisor to start immediately at our warehouse in Lindon.We are looking to add a dedicated, long-term member of the team who wants to grow with the company.Position SummaryThe 3PL Inventory Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all inventory control functions within a third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse environment. This role ensures inventory accuracy, proper system transactions, client compliance, and efficient coordination between receiving, storage, and shipping operations. The Inventory Supervisor leads cycle count programs, investigates discrepancies, and works cross-functionally to maintain service level agreements (SLAs) and customer satisfaction. This position is also responsible for receiving all incoming goods and ensuring products are recorded accurately.Key ResponsibilitiesInventory Control & AccuracyMaintain and improve inventory accuracy to meet or exceed company and client KPIs.Oversee daily cycle counts, scheduled physical inventories, and client audits.Investigate root causes of inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.Ensure proper inventory transactions within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).Monitor lot control, FIFO/FEFO, serial tracking, and expiration management when applicable.ReceivingPartner with Picking, and Shipping teams to ensure inventory integrity.Validate inbound and outbound transactions for accuracy and compliance.Ensure proper product labeling, location assignments, and slotting optimization.Support new client onboarding and inventory transitions.Team LeadershipSupervise and train inventory control associates.Set daily priorities and manage workload distribution.Coach team members on best practices and performance expectations.Reporting & ComplianceGenerate and analyze inventory reports for internal leadership and clients.Ensure adherence to customer-specific requirements and SLAs.Maintain compliance with safety standards and warehouse procedures.Support internal and external audits.QualificationsRequired3–5 years of warehouse experience, preferably in a 3PL environment.1–2 years of supervisory or lead experience.Strong understanding of WMS systems.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google sheets.Experience with cycle counting and root cause analysis.Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.PreferredExperience managing multi-client inventory.Lean / Six Sigma knowledge.Experience with RF scanners and barcode systems.Forklift certification.Key CompetenciesHigh attention to detailAnalytical thinkingLeadership and accountabilityStrong communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand and walk for extended periods.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.Comfortable working in varying warehouse temperatures.Performance MetricsInventory accuracy percentageCycle count completion rateClient audit resultsDiscrepancy resolution turnaround timeSLA complianceJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceWork Location: In person
