This position will be based primarily at Rush Copley Medical Center in Aurora, Illinois, serving the vibrant and growing communities of the greater Fox Valley region.The Department of Otorhinolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery at Rush is seeking a general otolaryngologist to join our expanding clinical team. This position offers the unique opportunity to build a broad, community-based practice encompassing the full spectrum of otolaryngologic care, including but not limited to sinonasal disorders, allergy, pediatric ENT, head and neck, and sleep surgery.Rush Copley Medical Center is a 210-bed hospital with a long history of serving the western suburbs of Chicago. The total pay range shown reflects the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, knowledge and skills; relevant experience and training; education, certifications, and licensure; primary work location; and other business and organizational factors. This total pay range is for a full-time, 1.0 FTE employee, and includes any incentive payments that may be applicable to this role. Opportunities for increased compensation based on exceeding productivity targets. Additional compensation may include sign-on and retention bonuses and relocation allowances.
