This role focuses on acquiring new agents, supporting existing agents, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. Agency Representatives collaborate with regional management and legal counsel to ensure proper agent management and compliance.Essential FunctionsBuild and maintain client relationships; secure new business and expand existing accounts.Identify and qualify prospective agents through research, referrals, and industry sources.Develop and execute a strategic call plan for assigned territory, including outreach and appointments.Maintain visibility in the market by attending industry events and participating in professional organizations.Deliver compelling presentations to individuals and groups, adapting content as needed.Assess client needs and implement tailored solutions to meet objectives.Communicate proactively and respond promptly to client inquiries, coordinating with internal teams to ensure service excellence.QualificationsHigh School Diploma required; college degree preferred.35 years of successful experience in title or real estate industry.Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM systems preferred.Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales goals.Strong listening, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Professional demeanor with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Ability to adapt strategies to changing market conditions.Knowledge of market trends and competitive landscape.Persistent, results-driven, and committed to delivering a positive company image.Approximately 25% Travel RequiredWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate orally.
