With a strong pipeline of landmark projects and a reputation built on quality, collaboration, and long-term client relationships, this well-established Florida General Contractor continues to expand its presence across the Multifamily, Hospitality, and Industrial sectors.As Project Manager, key responsibilities include:Lead all phases of project delivery including preconstruction, budgeting, execution, and turnoverManage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously ($10M–$50M+)Oversee project teams, subcontractors, procurement, schedules, and cost controlsDrive project profitability through forecasting, reporting, and change managementBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, architects, and field teamsReview and approve schedules, RFIs, submittals, and pay applicationsEnsure compliance with contract requirements, safety standards, and company proceduresMentor Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers to support team development and career growthYou will ideally have:Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager within commercial constructionTrack record delivering complex ground-up projects valued at $10M–$50M+Experience in Multifamily, Hospitality or Industrial construction preferredStrong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and construction operationsExcellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skillsProficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, and related construction softwareDegree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferredInterested?
