This role partners closely with senior stakeholders to manage supplier relationships, lead category strategies, and deliver value through effective procurement practices. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and brings strong judgment, autonomy, and stakeholder management experience.Responsibilities:Category Management & Strategic SourcingLead end-to-end procurement activities across multiple indirect spend categories, including professional and corporate services.Develop and execute category strategies to optimize cost, service quality, and supplier performance.Identify sourcing opportunities and lead RFP initiatives from requirements gathering through supplier selection and onboarding.Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Contracting & Supplier ManagementLead contract review and negotiation processes in partnership with internal stakeholders.Manage supplier relationships, ensuring alignment with business needs and contractual obligations.Support issue resolution, escalations, and ongoing supplier governance.Procurement Operations & Process ImprovementSupport and enhance procurement processes, including purchase order workflows and system utilization.Partner cross-functionally to improve efficiency, reporting capabilities, and spend visibility.Identify opportunities to reduce unmanaged spend and drive greater compliance with procurement policies.Systems & Data ManagementServe as a key user of procurement and ERP systems, ensuring data accuracy and process adherence.Support system enhancements, reporting improvements, and increased adoption across the organization.Maintain procurement records, supplier data, and contract documentation.Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with stakeholders across finance, legal, risk, and business teams to support procurement initiatives.Manage multiple sourcing projects and negotiations simultaneously.Provide regular updates, reporting, and insights to leadership.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.6+ years of procurement experience, including sourcing and category management.Strong experience managing indirect spend categories, ideally within professional services.Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders and operate independently.Experience leading contract negotiations and working with legal teams.Hands-on experience with ERP or procurement systems.Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Preferred Background:Experience in financial services or other fast-paced, professional environments.Familiarity with enterprise procurement platforms and sourcing tools.Benefits:Comprehensive health and wellness benefits.Retirement savings program with company match.Generous paid time off and holiday schedule.Professional development and learning opportunities.Collaborative, high-performing team environment.
