Paralegal

We are a established Personal Injury firm based in Beverly Hills. We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Paralegal to support our Sexual Abuse Mass Torts practice. This role is ideal for someone with at least 2 years of experience who is comfortable managing a high-volume caseload, reviewing records, and working closely with clients in sensitive matters.ResponsibilitiesAssist in managing a high-volume mass tort caseload.Review legal and medical records and identify relevant case factsMaintain organized and accurate case documentationCommunicate with clients with empathy and professionalismTrack deadlines and assist with case development under attorney supervisionLitigation SupportQualifications2+ years of experience as a legal case manager, legal assistant, or paralegal (mass tort experience preferred).Strong understanding of mass tort litigation processes and high-volume case managementExperience reviewing legal records and medical recordsAbility to manage sensitive client matters with discretion and professionalismHigh attention to detail and the ability to work under deadlinesAdamson Ahdoot LLP offers excellent employee benefits package, health, vision, dental insurance, 401k, PTO, free parking, referral program, Incentives and bonuses depending on position, social outreach opportunities, holiday party, team bonding events, opportunities for growth and learning.
