Technical/Functional SkillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience,8 or more years of progressive IT experience as a senior mainframe engineer in large IT projects along with2 or more years of project leadership experience.High level of expertise in CICS, COBOL, DB2 and DB2 SQL design are required.Also required is a high level of expertise with JCL, Procs, TSO, and SPUFI.Functional knowledge of industry standard debugging tools, ISPW, DB2 Stored Procedures is preferred.Roles & ResponsibilitiesDesigns, develops, troubleshoots, debugs, and implements software code using the following mainframe development components.Development of mainframe applicationsFrequent use and application of technical standards, principles, theories, concepts, and techniquesProvides solutions to a variety of technical problems of moderate scope and complexity Infrastructure PositionsGeneric Managerial SkillsExcellent Communication SkillsGood team playerMust be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
