Primary Care Provider (APN, FNP, Internal Medicine)

Bright Harbor Healthcare is a Community Mental Health Clinic and a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic. Our Primary Care services provide primary care services for adults typically enrolled in one of our agency programs for individuals with serious and persistent mental illness, substance use disorders and other behavioral health concerns. Our Primary Care services also provide stand alone primary care as needed/available to the community. Position Details Position Title: Primary Care Provider Position Type: Per Diem Benefits Eligible: No Location: Toms River, NJ Department: Adult Salary: $100.00 Hourly Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments Initiate, order and interpret diagnostic testing Develop differential diagnosis Perform medication monitoring and prescribe medications as necessary Educate consumers on all medications Provide after hours on call coverage Qualifications Master’s Degree in Nursing with a focus in Primary Care/Internal Medicine Valid NJ FNP Certification, Valid NJ PA or APN License, and CDS, DEA required Experience working with children and families Benefits Opportunities for continuing education Opportunities for tuition discounts at participating institutions Employee discounts through LifeMart and Tickets At Work #J-18808-Ljbffr
