Plant Controller
LHH is partnering with the leader in wild bird food on a search for a Plant Controller for their Reynolds, IN location. In this role, you will have the opportunity to put your stamp on processes and standards as you will be the first Plant Controller to sit in the physical location.This is a hands-on role, where you will role up your sleeves and dig into current execution, make recommendations and then deliver. They are seeking someone with extensive knowledge in cost accounting and inventory processes who wants to partner in leadership in making this plant the strongest it can be from a reporting perspective. This is a direct hire job that offers a salary paying between $90K - $100K base+ 7% bonus.
