Communicates equipment movement to Management teams..Assists company driver's with attaining required vehicle permitsPerforms miscellaneous data entryOther duties as assignedWhat You’ll NeedTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Education, Training, And/or ExperienceMinimum of 6 months experience in a DOT regulated industry (trucking or construction) preferred In depth knowledge of the telecommunications industry, insurance, or risk management.Mathematical SkillsAbility to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure and distance using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to apply concepts such as percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.Computer SkillsKnowledge of and experience with Internet software and Microsoft Office including Excel spreadsheets, Word, as well as data base software and pdf manipulation software (such as Adobe Acrobat). Experience with Google applications is preferred.Other Skills And AbilitiesProficient in use of 10-key pad and keyboarding.Other RequirementsAbility to manage multiple databases and both electronic and paper files containing sensitive and confidential information.Core CompetenciesTo perform this position successfully, the individual should demonstrate the following core competencies.Problem SolvingAttention to detail.
