All HAAS machines, 5 fully five axis mills, three lathes, and a variety of 3-4 axis mills.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a CNC Machinist located in Poway, CA. The CNC Machinist will set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines to manufacture precise parts in accordance with engineering specifications. Responsibilities include operating machinery, performing quality checks, troubleshooting machinery, and adhering to safety and maintenance protocols. Collaboration with team members and supervisors to ensure production efficiency and product quality will be essential.QualificationsStrong skills in Machine Operation and familiarity with CNC MachineryExpertise in Machining and Milling processesAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsUnderstanding of safety measures and preventative maintenance best practicesProficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving related to machineryExcellent attention to detail and organizational skills
