Technical Program Manager
Job Description Key Responsibilities Partner with business, vendors, and IT to define needs, priorities, and support requirements
Translate requests, defects, and enhancement needs into clear actions and solution options
Intake & Prioritization Own ServiceNow intake, administration tasks, and demand shaping for supported applications
Prioritize requests, incidents, and enhancements based on value, urgency, effort, and risk
Delivery Readiness Define and track work items, defects, enhancements, and support needs
Track bugs, fixes, and vendor-delivered changes through Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Teams
Ensure traceability and follow-through from intake to resolution across internal teams and third-party vendors
Technical Alignment Support third-party application administration and align vendor solutions with internal architecture and integrations
Balance business needs with technical constraints
Stakeholder Management Drive decisions, status updates, and alignment across business, IT, and vendor teams
Manage expectations across teams
Process Improvement Standardize intake, prioritization, and handoffs
Improve efficiency across ServiceNow and ADO
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
6–8 years of experience in Product Management, Project Management, or Business Systems Analysis in an Agile environment
7+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience
Experience with ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Teams, or similar tools
Experience supporting third-party applications, including administration, vendor coordination, and defect tracking
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum principles and software development lifecycles
Proven ability to manage complex initiatives in fast-paced environments
Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications Certification such as SAFe POPM or CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner)
Experience with enterprise applications (ERP, HCM, or integrations)
