Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Controller role located in Cochran, GA. The Controller will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial data. The role includes managing accounting operations, preparing financial statements, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The Controller will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide strategic financial insights and support decision-making to drive business success. Qualifications Expertise in Financial Reporting, Budgeting, and ForecastingStrong skills in Accounting, Financial Analysis, and ComplianceProficiency in utilizing and implementing advanced Financial Software and ToolsExperience managing Audits and internal financial controlsExceptional organizational, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilitiesInterpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with multiple departmentsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CMA certification is a plus)5+ years of relevant experience in accounting or financial management, preferably in logistics or a related industry
