Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Executive, based in Delhi, OH, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, maintain and build relationships with potential clients, and collaborate with internal teams to tailor IT solutions based on client requirements. Responsibilities include developing and executing effective sales strategies, delivering presentations, preparing proposals, conducting research on market trends, and achieving sales targets while representing VSAM Technologies' core values and mission. Qualifications Proven skills in business development, account management, and relationship buildingExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsUnderstanding of IT solutions, such as network, security, cloud, and data center technologiesStrong analytical and research skills for understanding market trends and client needsKnowledge of consultative sales techniques and the ability to customize IT solutions for clientsProficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking systemsBachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related fieldPrevious experience in the IT services or technology sector is highly desirable
