PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT – CHICAGO, IL$140,000–$165,000 + BenefitsA well-established Chicago general contractor is looking to add an experienced Project Superintendent to their team. This position will oversee local commercial interiors projects throughout the Chicago market, with a strong focus on quality, schedule, safety, and field coordination.What You’ll Be Doing:Lead day-to-day field operations on commercial interior projectsCoordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site activitiesManage project schedules and ensure work stays on trackMaintain a safe, organized, and productive jobsiteCoordinate with Project Managers, owners, architects, and subcontractorsReview plans, specifications, and project documentsOversee quality control and address issues as they ariseManage inspections, punch lists, and project closeoutWhat They’re Looking For:5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial constructionStrong background in interiors / tenant build-outsExperience managing subcontractors and multiple tradesStrong knowledge of construction plans, schedules, and field operationsExcellent communication and organizational skillsChicago-area construction experience preferredAbility to manage projects independently while working closely with the project teamWhat’s Offered:$140K–$165K base salaryLocal Chicago projects — limited to no travelStrong benefits packageOpportunity to work on a variety of commercial interiors projectsStable, established contractor with a strong presence in the Chicago marketInterested?Reach out directly for more information and a confidential conversation about the opportunity.
