This role requires advanced clinical expertise in operating room procedures, patient safety, and surgical support in alignment with established nursing standards and facility protocols. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide direct nursing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures in the Operating RoomAssist surgical teams during pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative phasesEnsure strict adherence to sterile technique, infection control, and patient safety standardsMonitor patient condition before, during, and after surgical proceduresDocument all clinical care accurately and in a timely mannerCollaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and multidisciplinary teamsPrepare and maintain OR equipment, instruments, and suppliesRespond effectively to emergency situations in the surgical settingFollow organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance requirementsRequired QualificationsActive Registered Nurse (RN) license in applicable stateMinimum experience level consistent with Level 4 OR nursing competencyProven experience in Operating Room / Perioperative nursingStrong knowledge of surgical procedures, sterile techniques, and patient monitoringAbility to work in high-acuity, fast-paced environmentsExcellent communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skillsAbout Encode INCAt Encode, we empower organizations and individuals through innovative, human-centric workforce and technology solutions.
