INX is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to support our Legal team during the summer internship program. This internship offers hands-on exposure to corporate legal operations, with a primary focus on organizing corporate records and reviewing, summarizing, and analyzing a variety of commercial agreements. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, well-organized, and interested in gaining practical experience in an in-house legal environment.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Assist with organization and maintenance of corporate legal records, both electronic and physicalReview, summarize, and catalog legal agreements, including:Supply AgreementsVendor AgreementsLeasesNon-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)Extract key terms, obligations, and renewal details from contracts and prepare concise summariesSupport the Legal team with general administrative and legal research tasks as neededMaintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretionQualificationsCurrently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or Juris Doctor (JD) program, preferably with coursework in law, business, or a related fieldStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesAbility to analyze and summarize legal documents clearly and accuratelyProficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with document management systems a plusAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.What you will gain:Practical experience supporting an in-house corporate legal teamExposure to real-world commercial contracts and corporate legal processesMentorship and professional development opportunitiesA collaborative and professional work environmentAdditional InformationDon't just choose a job; choose a career that emphasizes employee growth in a safe, environmentally conscious culture.
