Job Description What you will be doing: Lead portfolio-wide budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards tracking financial and operational KPIs Monitor occupancy, rate trends, revenue mix, and margin performance across properties Analyze rent rolls, pricing strategy, labor performance, and expense controls Prepare investment committee and board materials Own recurring reporting packages Support acquisition due diligence and integration efforts Experience you will need: 25 years of experience in FP&A, real estate finance, asset management, or investment analysis Strong Power BI experience (DAX, Power Query, dashboard builds) Advanced Excel modeling skills with strong structure and formatting standards Ability to work with large, imperfect datasets Strong verbal and written communication skills Our client asked me to submit 3 great people within the next few days.
