Actual earnings depend on task requirements, completion time, experience, and workflow.About The RolePut your full-stack engineering expertise to work on challenging software-development and AI training projects involving technical problem-solving, debugging, system architecture, code evaluation, and cross-language development.You’ll work across both front-end and back-end systems to create, solve, review, and validate complex engineering tasks. The work may also involve translating complete coding builds from one programming language into another.This role is designed for engineers with meaningful hands-on experience across the application stack—not those focused exclusively on either front-end or back-end development.Key ResponsibilitiesFull-Stack DevelopmentDevelop, modify, and debug front-end and back-end application components.Build user-facing features and the services, APIs, and data models supporting them.Work across the complete application stack to solve complex engineering tasks.Translate full coding implementations between programming languages where required.Systems & ArchitectureTrace requests and data across browsers, front-end applications, APIs, services, databases, and external integrations.Work within unfamiliar repositories and understand existing application architecture.Contribute to the architecture and implementation of complete software systems.Diagnose issues across application state, API contracts, authentication, persistence, networking, and deployment.Code Evaluation & QualityEvaluate and improve code written in multiple programming languages.Review AI-generated software solutions for:CorrectnessCompletenessPerformanceSecurityMaintainabilityIdentify technical weaknesses and determine appropriate improvements.Debugging & Technical Problem SolvingInvestigate complex application and system failures.Trace problems across multiple layers of the technology stack.Analyze unfamiliar codebases and determine how existing components interact.Develop practical solutions to challenging software-engineering problems.Required Skills & ExperienceStrong professional experience developing production full-stack applications.Meaningful hands-on experience across both front-end and back-end engineering.Production experience with multiple programming languages.Strong understanding of:Browser applicationsAPIsApplication stateDatabasesService integrationExperience understanding and contributing to complete software-system architecture.Ability to work effectively within unfamiliar repositories and codebases.Strong debugging and technical problem-solving skills.Ability to evaluate software for correctness, performance, security, and maintainability.Programming LanguagesExperience with multiple programming languages is required.
