This individual will help ensure the integrity, security, and accessibility of enterprise data by leading the development and enhancement of the Snowflake data platform.In this role, you will partner closely with data engineering, business intelligence, and cross functional stakeholders to design scalable data solutions that support analytics and reporting initiatives. You will translate complex business requirements into technical designs, optimize data pipelines and warehouse performance, and help establish a trusted single source of truth for enterprise decision making.Key Responsibilities• Lead the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Snowflake cloud data platform• Design and implement scalable data models and schemas that support Master Data Management processes and reporting needs• Optimize data ingestion pipelines and collaborate with engineering teams to improve data quality, performance, and reliability• Translate business requirements into technical architectures, development plans, and sprint ready tasks• Participate in Agile ceremonies, providing technical estimates, identifying dependencies, and communicating project progress• Assess the downstream impact of data model and schema changes on reporting, analytics, and MDM processes• Configure and manage Snowflake security controls, including role based access management and data masking policies• Provide advanced troubleshooting and Tier 2 support for complex platform and data related issues• Serve as a technical liaison between business stakeholders, analytics teams, and technology partners• Mentor junior team members and promote best practices across the data management and analytics ecosystemKey Requirements• 3 to 5+ years of experience working with Snowflake or comparable cloud based data warehousing platforms• Strong expertise in SQL with proven experience writing and optimizing complex queries and database objects• Hands on experience with Python for automation, data processing, and workflow development• Solid understanding of data warehousing principles, dimensional modeling, database design, and Master Data Management concepts• Experience designing and supporting Star Schema and Snowflake Schema data models• Experience with Tableau reporting environments and familiarity with Salesforce data structures and integrations• Proficiency using Agile project management tools such as Jira and documenting technical requirements and specifications• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem solving skills with the ability to resolve complex technical challenges• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non technical audiences• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams, influence stakeholders, and mentor less experienced developers• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldWhy Join This Opportunity• High visibility role supporting enterprise data and analytics initiatives• Opportunity to influence the architecture and evolution of a critical data platform• Collaborative environment with cross functional exposure• Strong focus on innovation, data governance, and business intelligence• Opportunity to mentor team members and grow technical leadership capabilitiesApply TodayIf you are passionate about building modern data platforms, improving data quality, and driving business value through trusted information, we would love to hear from you.
