Average Tenure over 10+ years!About Our ClientOur client is a Mid-Sized General Contractor based just outside of Springfield, MA and place themselves among some of the top Academic and commercial General Contractors in the Wwestern Massachusetts area. They serve in several markets including: Healthcare, Life Science, Public, Industrial, and General Commercial. Their projects range from $1M - $40M, both ground up and fit outs. They pride themselves on their company culture and prioritize the well being of all employees. They are working on a $20M Academic renovation local to Springfield, MA and this is for a first time client. They are hoping to deliver on this project and continue expansion into western, MA as the client has many other projects upcoming out that way that they expect to be awarded.
