OverviewThe Content Team drives creative innovation, brand partnerships, and standout experiences to amplify brand and product awareness, increase consideration, and build brand love. We stay at the pulse of culture to deliver what's new and next through custom content and partnerships (e.g., video series, talent, podcasts, integrations, experiential events, and original productions), pairing big ideas with the right tools and big ideas to best serve our brand clients. The Supervisor of Content works closely with strategy, planning, and investment teams to ideate, develop, and execute content partnership campaigns for clients. Focused on media partnerships, production partner integrations, and influencer marketing, the Supervisor brings cross-channel knowledge and cultural fluency to shape recommendations and drive delivery.
ResponsibilitiesSupport content strategy, ideation, and innovation in partnership with your direct supervisor and client teams to identify ownable consumer engagement opportunities. Partner with the client team to develop and execute customized integrated content solutions aligned to objectives and defined ROI. Apply a strong understanding of the content landscape across digital/social/video/influencer channels to shape partnership recommendations. Work with content creators (networks, producers, publications, and social publishers) to identify, customize, and execute opportunities that deliver on specific client goals across disciplines. Own end-to-end project execution for integrated sponsorships and content programs across linear, digital, social, influencer, print, events, and emerging platforms. Support negotiation strategy with content publishers and producers to secure and optimize partnership opportunities. Drive the creative and production process to deliver efficient, best-in-class content programs. Own marketplace relationships across priority content partners to inform negotiation strategy and opportunity sourcing. Manage RFP issuance and evaluation processes of media partners. Interpret, synthesize, and present performance data as a clear story with insights and recommendations. Manage timelines, milestones, and stakeholder approvals to deliver programs on schedule and within agreed scope. Ensure content quality assurance, FTC compliance, and performance monitoring; synthesize learnings into clear optimization recommendations. Liaise with Legal/Business Affairs team to draft SOWs, Media Plans, and content production agreements. Understand and articulate client category expertise (Quick Service Restaurants) Client Management Build, maintain and grow client relationships, in support of the team Contribute to and build client presentations Lead content-related client communications, coordinating with partner agencies as needed Team Management Supervise the development and implementation of content campaigns, including day-to-day guidance and quality review of deliverables. Coach and develop team members through regular feedback, mentorship, and training, and contribute to performance evaluations as applicable. Share best practices, tools, and processes across the team to ensure consistent, high-quality solutions for the brands they manage.
QualificationsB.A. or B.S. in Marketing, Advertising or related field highly preferred Must have 3+ years of experience in integrated marketing, content strategy and execution; Agency side experience highly preferred; Creative production background a plus. Knowledge of content strategy, brand marketing, production and programming processes across media platforms Experience developing platform-native digital and social content ideas and translating insights into clear creative briefs and partner direction. Strong project management skills including organization, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task Ability to pivot, self-direct and move projects forward in an independent and focused approach Demonstrated client and partner management skills, including presenting recommendations and supporting negotiation of scopes, rates, and value-adds. Ability to collaborate and lead meetings with a variety of partners Open to traveling for production shoots and events (locally and nationally) Excellent internal and external communication and presentation skills storytelling is key Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite and relevant tools (e.g., social listening, Google Trends), plus familiarity with FTC/influencer compliance and SOW/media plan workflows.

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
