Manufacturing Process & Controls Engineer – ERP Investigation We’re supporting a fast-growing manufacturing organization looking for a Manufacturing Process & Controls Engineer to help drive operational excellence across production and ERP systems.This is a highly visible, cross-functional role focused on investigating and resolving ERP-related production gaps, improving manufacturing workflows, and implementing scalable process controls in a dynamic, high-growth environment.Key Responsibilities: • Investigate incomplete or inconsistent manufacturing jobs within Epicor ERP • Reconcile production, documentation, and manufacturing records • Identify root causes of recurring workflow and ERP issues • Develop and implement process controls to prevent future gaps • Partner closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Operations, IT, and ERP SMEs • Support continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing systems and processesIdeal Background: • Experience in manufacturing or production environments • Hands-on ERP experience (Epicor preferred; SAP/Oracle/etc. also considered) • Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving capabilities • Experience supporting manufacturing documentation and production workflows • Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, evolving environmentsNice to Have: • Medical device, aerospace, or other regulated industry experience • Lean / Six Sigma exposure • ERP optimization, implementation, or customization experience • Knowledge of quality systems and manufacturing controls
