Site Superintendent
Site Leadership & Project Execution
Manage day-to-day field operations on assigned projects.
Supervise field personnel, subcontractors, and equipment operators.
Coordinate work activities to ensure project milestones and schedules are met.
Ensure work is performed in accordance with project plans, specifications, and company standards.
Lead daily site meetings and communicate work plans to crews.
Safety Management
Enforce all company safety policies and OSHA regulations on-site.
Conduct daily safety briefings and job safety analyses (JSAs).
Identify and mitigate potential hazards before work begins.
Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Immediately address and report any safety incidents or concerns.
Scheduling & Resource Coordination
Plan and coordinate labor, equipment, and material requirements for project phases.
Work with the Project Manager to maintain project schedules and sequencing.
Monitor productivity and adjust resources as needed to meet deadlines.
Coordinate deliveries, subcontractor work, and equipment mobilization.
Quality Control
Ensure work meets project specifications, engineering requirements, and company quality standards.
Conduct field inspections and verify work completion before advancing project phases.
Address field issues or conflicts related to drawings or scope of work.
Communication & Reporting
Serve as the primary on-site contact for project management and leadership.
Maintain daily reports documenting labor, equipment, production, and site conditions.
Communicate project progress, challenges, and resource needs to the Project Manager.
Assist with documenting change orders and field adjustments.
Equipment & Site Management
Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment on-site.
Maintain organized, safe job sites including material staging and access control.
Support equipment mobilization, demobilization, and logistics planning.
