We're on a mission to be the one place where buyers and suppliers connect, secure purchasing agreements, transact, and partner to accelerate value and realize savings.To support our rapid growth, we're seeking a dynamic Senior Manager, Technology Portfolio.You will be responsible for providing input into and executing portfolio strategy for CoreTrust's technology offerings, ensuring the delivery of high-value solutions that drive member adoption, supplier growth, and enterprise financial performance. This role reports to the Vice President, Technology Portfolio, and serves as a subject matter expert for the technology portfolio and contributes to category strategy, sourcing and contracting, go-to-market enablement, and supplier relationship management.Partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Member Success, Portfolio Operations, and suppliers, you will translate market insights and member needs into differentiated offerings that deliver price advantage, contract value, and operational efficiency. The role requires strong strategic thinking, financial acumen, and deep experience navigating complex supplier relationships within a GPO or similar ecosystem.ResponsibilitiesSource, negotiate and structure technology agreements that create strong value for CoreTrust, its members and suppliersContribute to and execute multi-year category strategies for the technology portfolio aligned to business goals, member needs, and market dynamicsConduct market, competitive, and supplier analysis to inform portfolio direction, expansion opportunities, and investment prioritizationLead supplier segmentation, strategic sourcing, negotiations, and contracting to secure differentiated commercial structures and value-added benefits for membersParticipate in end-to-end offering development, from concept and design through sourcing, contracting, and transition to go-to-market executionPartner with Sales, Marketing, and Portfolio Operations to develop and execute go-to-market strategies that drive awareness, adoption, and revenue growthServe as the portfolio subject matter expert in support of sales efforts, member engagement, and internal enablementOwn category/supplier financial performance, including revenue growth, forecasting accuracy, expansion opportunities, and long-term value creationDrive achievement of KPIs, manage budgets, and leverage performance insights to optimize GTM efforts and prioritize strategic initiativesBuild and manage strategic, mutually beneficial supplier partnerships focused on performance improvement, risk mitigation, and market share growthLead regular supplier business reviews and proactively identify opportunities for improvement and innovationCollaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment, accountability, and execution across the portfolio lifecycleProvide regular updates to senior leadership on portfolio performance, risks, and strategic initiativesContribute to broader enterprise initiatives, including portfolio expansion, adjacent market opportunities, and M&A support as neededQualificationsBachelor's degree in business, information technology, marketing or a related field or equivalent work experience8+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, category management, or supplier relationship management, including complex commercial negotiationsStrong industry knowledge across technology categories and familiarity with technology procurement practices and buying behaviorsDemonstrated experience structuring and negotiating complex supplier contracts that drive mutual valueProven track record of developing and managing high-performing portfolios with clear financial accountabilityGo-to-market experience, including sales partnership, commercial enablement, or channel/partner managementStrong business and financial acumen, with the ability to balance multiple stakeholder priorities in a strategic contextExceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skillsAnalytical, data-driven decision maker with a continuous improvement mindsetAbility to operate independently while collaborating effectively across functions in a dynamic environmentGPO experience or familiarity with group purchasing models is a plusBenefitsCompetitive compensation packageFree individual employee medical coverageCompany subsidized dental and vision coverageDollar for dollar 401(k) match up to 6% of your salary with immediate vestingCompany-paid Short-Term and Long-Term Disability coverageEmployee Assistance Program to support your wellbeing and mental health$1500 annual stipend for undergraduate/graduate college courses; $500 annual stipend for continuing education courses/certificationsFree snacks and beverages on-siteBrand new, state-of-the-art, tech-enabled work environment in downtown NashvilleFlexible/hybrid work culture
