Virtual Math Instructor

Seeking a part-time Virtual Math Instructor with Wednesday and Friday evening availability to teach engaging math classes to high-achieving elementary, middle, and high school students in a remote environment focused on fostering critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Key responsibilities: Teach enthusiastic students in online classrooms, utilizing a curriculum that emphasizes participation and skill development Manage small classes of motivated learners, encouraging student-led instruction and discussions Create a supportive virtual classroom environment that promotes critical thinking and problem-solving Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a STEM field; master's degree or higher preferred Strong academic background in mathematics Experience teaching or tutoring K-12 students, particularly advanced learners Familiarity with Zoom or similar video conferencing software Comfortable managing a virtual classroom setting
