As one of the largest packers of pure maple syrup in the U.S., were looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join our manufacturing and packaging team in Morrisville, Vermont. This is steady, hands-on work in a true food production environment operating equipment, packaging product, and helping maintain a smooth, efficient process that supports syrup producers across Vermont, Maine, New York, and Canada. What Youll Be DoingOperate, clean, and maintain food production or packaging equipment Perform repetitive production tasks with consistency and attention to detail Track production using basic computer/data entry skills Identify and report inconsistencies in materials, product flow, or equipment Support barrel-washing and syrup handling operations Collaborate with your team to keep lines running safely and smoothly Cross-train to grow your skills and work in different areas of the facility We support cross-training so team members can grow their skills and work in areas where they thrive. Requirements: Who Were Looking ForReliable, punctual, and ready to contribute every day Prior experience in manufacturing, production, food processing, or packaging is a plus Comfortable working with machinery and following safety/quality procedures Attention to detail and willingness to improve processes Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for 10-hour shifts Team-oriented and willing to cross-train ScheduleSchedule and FlexibilityFirst ShiftMonday Thursday, 5:00 AM 3:00 PM Enjoy early afternoons and three-day weekends (FridaySunday) Second ShiftMonday Thursday, 3:00 PM 1:00 AM Not currently hiring for second shift, but let us know if you're interested for future openings) Additional Notes:Depending on your role, occasional overtime or early arrivals may be requiredWe do our best to offer overtime on a voluntary basis, but there may be times when mandatory overtime is necessaryparticularly on Fridays.
