UKG Pro Payroll Lead Hybrid – Annapolis, MDWe're hiring a UKG Pro Payroll Lead to support a high-volume payroll environment. This role will act as the primary SME for payroll operations, ensuring accurate processing, resolving complex issues, and partnering across HR, Finance, and Operations.Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end UKG Pro payroll processingAct as the primary escalation point for payroll issues and discrepanciesInvestigate and resolve complex payroll matters (tax, deductions, retro, benefits)Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations (Maryland focus)Support multi-state payroll scenarios and auditsPartner with internal teams to manage payroll inquiries and workflowsTrain payroll staff and business users on payroll processes and timekeepingRequirements:Hands-on UKG Pro Payroll experienceStrong payroll issue resolution and root cause analysis skillsKnowledge of multi-state payroll tax complianceExperience in high-volume payroll environmentsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsHybrid role in Annapolis, MD.
