This role oversees the full project lifecycle-from concept through implementation-while driving collaboration across technical and product teams.The ideal candidate is highly analytical, organized, and experienced in Agile project delivery, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-impact technology solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Leadership & DeliveryLead cross-functional delivery of technology initiativesManage projects from initiation through implementationFacilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, and project lifecycle activitiesEnsure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectivesScope & PlanningDefine project scope, goals, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirementsDevelop detailed project plans and task breakdownsCollaborate with product and technical teams to prioritize workstreamsBreak down complex, multi-disciplinary initiatives into structured execution plans Risk & Dependency ManagementIdentify cross-team dependencies and project risksDevelop and execute mitigation plansEscalate critical issues appropriately Stakeholder CommunicationProvide clear visibility into project status and progressMaintain transparent reporting for leadership and stakeholdersFacilitate effective negotiation and alignment across teams Required QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or related field3-5 years of IT project management experienceExperience leading Agile or hybrid technology projectsStrong analytical, organizational, and planning skillsDemonstrated ability to prioritize, track, and deliver resultsExperience facilitating sprint planning and stand-up meetings Preferred QualificationsPMP, Scrum Master, or similar certificationExperience managing multi-disciplinary technology initiativesFamiliarity with project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, etc.)
