Opportunity OverviewOur organization is on the lookout for a board-certified physician in Internal Medicine and Addiction Medicine to become part of our dedicated team. This is a remarkable chance for a motivated individual to assist in establishing an Addiction Medicine clinic and educational program integrated within our Internal Medicine resident primary care facility, where both Internal Medicine and Psychiatry residents will gain knowledge in managing substance use disorders.Primary Responsibilities:Deliver comprehensive care in both Primary Care and Addiction Medicine.Engage in the development of educational and programmatic initiatives.Create and implement an Addiction Medicine curriculum for Internal Medicine and Psychiatry residents.Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care.Participate in quality improvement projects and research activities as required.Required Qualifications:Board certification in either Family Medicine or Internal Medicine along with Addiction Medicine.Experience in developing curricula and programs.Strong clinical expertise in both Internal Medicine and Addiction Medicine.Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.Dedication to teaching and mentoring residents.Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in a graduate medical education environment.Proven leadership in educational or clinical contexts.Benefits of Joining Us:Attractive salary and comprehensive benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and ongoing education.A supportive and collaborative workplace culture.About Our OrganizationWe are a leading multi-specialty medical group comprised of over 400 physicians serving the greater San Francisco area.
