Job DescriptionLitigation ParalegalModrall Sperling has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Litigation Paralegal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting attorneys in all stages of litigation matters. This candidate should feel comfortable conducting research, doing data entry, scheduling, maintaining case files, and completing other ad-hoc requests, as needed.ResponsibilitiesOrganize, review and index discovery documentsDraft legal documentsCoordinate and schedule calendarsConduct legal researchOrganize and electronically file pleadingsPrepare exhibits for depositions and trialAssist attorneys at trialQualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience2+ years' as Litigation Paralegal or legal assistant is required.
