This role involves developing analytical and reporting capabilities, monitoring performance, implementing quality control plans, and identifying areas for improvement. Responsibilities Interpret data by analyzing results using statistical techniques Develop and implement data analyses, data collection systems, and strategies to optimize statistical efficiency and quality Acquire data from primary and secondary sources while maintaining databases Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex datasets Filter and clean data by reviewing reports, printouts, and performance indicators to correct errors Collaborate with management to prioritize business and information needs Identify and define new opportunities for process improvement Create sales proposals Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline progress, and customer interactions using CRM software Adhere to all company policies related to privacy and data security Perform additional duties as requested by management Requirements Familiarity with statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (e.g., Excel, SAS) Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate large amounts of information accurately Proficiency in queries, report writing, and presenting findings Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or a related field
