Clinical Manager- Memory Care -Full Time

In this role, you will oversee and support 36 residents within our Assisted Living and Memory Care community, ensuring high-quality, compassionate care while promoting safety, dignity, and overall well-being. Current RN license in Virginia (or eligible for licensure). BSN preferred, but experience accepted. 3–5 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in memory care or long-term care. Knowledge of dementia care and state regulations. Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills. Primary Responsibilities Oversee daily nursing care in the Memory Care unit. Monitor residents’ health and report any changes. Support, guide, and train nursing staff. Ensure care meets all policies and regulations. Communicate with families, doctors, and team members.
