We look for the best of the best!Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards while effectively managing teams and stakeholder relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure successful project execution.Manage project budgets, perform cost analysis, and ensure adherence to financial guidelines.Coordinate and supervise construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.Lead project meetings, provide updates to stakeholders, and manage communications across all project teams.Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address project challenges.Oversee the construction process, including ground up, remodel, and renovation projects for various types of buildings such as offices and warehouses.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, particularly in commercial projects.Strong knowledge of construction processes, project management methodologies, and best practices.Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams.Ability to perform cost analysis and manage project budgets effectively.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, contractors, and team members.Familiarity with retail and renovation projects is a plus.BenefitsTop industry pay bonusesDaily travel per diem of $65.00Company Vehicle or Vehicle AllowanceOutstanding Health Benefit PackageWeekly payNine paid holidaysGenerous PTO Program401k with 100% company match (up to 6%)Training and Career Growth Opportunities
