Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner (PRN) Near Tornillo, TX ASAP - Ongoing We are seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners (NPs) to provide urgent care services at our busy clinic near Tornillo, Texas. This is a PRN position offering flexibility and competitive compensation. Job Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive urgent care services to patients of all ages, from infants to geriatrics. Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute illnesses and injuries. Perform procedures such as laceration repair, incision and drainage, and splinting. Interpret and analyze diagnostic tests, including X-rays and EKGs. Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient care. Requirements: Board Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner, Emergency Nurse Practitioner, or Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. Minimum of 3-6 years of experience in urgent care or emergency medicine. Comfortable managing a high patient volume in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with a diverse patient population. Knowledge of workers' compensation and Department of Transportation regulations. Proficiency in electronic health records.
