The role is best suited to early-career, high-achieving individuals with strong academic backgrounds and a clear interest in pursuing a legal career.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare agreements for execution; track, follow up, and process fully executed documents (electronic and hard copy).Maintain and monitor legal agreement and vendor contract databases.Triage and respond to incoming requests from internal and external stakeholders.Interpret and upload agreement provisions into internal systems with precision.Generate reports and provide data from various legal databases.Liaise with external service providers on execution workflows and system updates.Organize and manage superseded or terminated agreements; coordinate with records management.Support due diligence processes, including documentation for trading and bank account setup.Complete audit-related work on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.Assist with ad hoc legal, compliance, and operational projects.Troubleshoot issues across internal systems and databases.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree required (top-tier academic background strongly preferred).0-2 years' experience, including legal internships at Am Law 50 firms, elite law firms, or prestigious government offices.Demonstrated academic excellence and a high-achievement mindset.Exceptional attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate, high-quality work under pressure.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.High level of initiative, professionalism, and sound judgment.Strong interpersonal skills with the confidence to engage with senior stakeholders.
