CPA Licensed Head of Accounting

A company is looking for a Head of Corporate Accounting and Operations. Key Responsibilities Own the quarterly consolidated flux analysis and prepare board/reporting package slides for executive leadership Lead project management for the global annual audit, coordinating with international teams and external auditors Manage the global close timeline, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining a rigorous Journal Entry review process Required Qualifications Active CPA is a plus 8-12+ years of accounting experience, including a leadership role within a global, multi-entity environment Strong command of GAAP/IFRS, particularly regarding equity and consolidations Advanced experience with ERP systems and interest in AI/automation tools for finance Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects
